-
Damian Goldvarg – reflective practice + supervision competency application

The OLC design emphasizes evidence-informed practice, reflective competence, supervision, and ethical systemic engagement.
What Team Coaching Is and What It Is Not
Team Coaching IS:

-
A systemic, co-creative process supporting a team to improve collective awareness, collective performance, and relational intelligence.
-
Facilitated learning that unlocks the team’s ability to think together, solve complex problems, build trust, and align around a common purpose.
-
A long-term engagement rather than a single event.
-
A practice centered around the team as the client, not the individuals in the team.
-
A process where the coach works with the whole system, including stakeholders, culture, and environment.
Team Coaching IS NOT:

-
Team building (activities for bonding)
-
Team training (teaching skills)
-
Team facilitation (running meetings)
-
Team consulting (giving solutions)
-
Group coaching (individual coaching in a group setting)
-
A process where the coach solves team problems or provides advice
Team coaching is distinguished by collective accountability, collective performance, and collective reflection—the hallmarks of ICF team coaching philosophy.
