Your Leadership Journey Starts Here...

THE LEAD-ATTITUDES OF GREAT LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Presented by Organizational Leadership Coaching®, LLC

Authored and facilitated by Dr. Gary Charles Patterson, MCC

INTRODUCTION TO THE INSTITUTE

Leadership today sits in the heart of chaos.

Across organizations, churches, government agencies, nonprofits, and even families, we see the distressing consequences of:

  • Self-focused leadership

  • Power without character

  • Leadership without conscience

  • Performance without people

  • Anxiety-driven decision-making

  • Fragmentation, polarization, and burnout

The world is desperate for a different kind of leader—the kind who brings life instead of pressure, clarity instead of confusion, humility instead of ego, and character instead of charisma. This Leadership Institute exists because the future demands leaders who embody attitudes, not merely skills.

Why This Institute Exists

Great leadership is not first about techniques, competencies, or strategic brilliance—
it is about attitudes.

Your 12 Lead-Attitudes of Great Leadership form a complete framework for:

  • Who a leader is

  • How a leader thinks

  • How a leader influences

  • How a leader transforms those around them

These attitudes, when lived, create cultures of dignity, wellness, direction, and flourishing. If the leadership culture around us embodied these attitudes, we would see a different nation, a different workplace, and a different world.

This Institute is your invitation to join a community of leaders who choose to lead differently—graciously, courageously, and purposefully.
