THE INTERACTIVE–DIDACTIC (ID) COACH SUPERVISOR
Welcome
Thank you for considering me as your coaching supervisor.
Supervision is both a privilege and a sacred trust, and I am honored that you would explore this space with me. My approach to supervision is warm, relational, structured, and deeply respectful of your identity as a coach. Whether you are pursuing credentialing, wanting to deepen your practice, or seeking a reflective partner for your professional growth, I am here to support you.
Our Supervision Style: Interactive & Didactic
Our supervision methodology integrates two essential dimensions:

Interactive
Supervision becomes a shared, living conversation. We explore your cases, your presence, your patterns, and the systems around your clients through a co-created reflective dialogue. You will experience guided reflection, dynamic inquiry, and an active partnership rooted in deep listening, psychological safety, and whole-person learning.
Didactic
Supervision also provides knowledge, frames, models, and structured feedback. This includes referencing coaching frameworks (ICF Core Competencies, PCC Markers, EMCC Competencies, Seven-Eyed Model, Heron’s Six Interventions, transference/countertransference, systemic dynamics, ethics, and reflective practice).
In this way, supervision is not only reflective—it is educational, clarifying, and skill-enhancing.
This blended style is intentional. It allows coaches to grow both inwardly (presence, awareness, regulation) and outwardly (skills, methodology, systemic intelligence).

What Supervision Is
Coaching Supervision is a professional, reflective, relational, and systemic process that helps coaches continue to grow in their ethics, presence, competence, impact, self-awareness, and systemic understanding.
Supervision expands the lens of the coach, integrating the internal world (thoughts, feelings, somatic cues), the client relationship, the organizational system, and the wider context.
Who Supervision Is For
Supervision is ideal for:
-
Professional coaches seeking ongoing development
-
Coaches preparing for ICF or EMCC credential renewals
-
Team coaches pursuing the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)
-
Organizational leaders who use coaching as part of their role
-
Internal coaches navigating complex workplace systems
-
Coaches seeking support around ethical dilemmas, boundaries, or parallel processes
-
Coaches who desire deeper awareness, stronger presence, and reflective accountability
Whether you are seasoned or new, supervision meets you where you are and expands your capacity for where you are going.
Why Supervision Works
Supervision works because it integrates:
-
Reflective insight into your internal responses, biases, and blind spots
-
Relational exploration of the coach–client dynamic
-
Systemic awareness of organizational and cultural forces
-
Ethical grounding anchored in ICF and EMCC frameworks
-
Ongoing professional development through real-time, case-based learning
Coaches become more confident, grounded, spacious, responsible, and aware.
Supervision is where competence evolves into mastery and mastery evolves into wisdom.
