This is not simply about “getting more for your buck”—and I don’t mean that in terms of money. I mean it in terms of education, opportunity, support, community, and your overall growth as a professional coach. Our goal is to provide you with a rich, integrated experience that advances both your credentialing requirements and your coaching mastery.

Welcome to the OLC Mentor & Education Cohort Experience

WELCOME TO THE OLC MENTOR & EDUCATION COHORT OPPORTUNITIES
At Organizational Leadership Coaching® (OLC), LLC, we are delighted to offer a unique and powerful approach to mentor coaching and continuing coach education (CCE)—an approach designed to save time, accelerate development, and fulfill all ICF recertification requirements in one integrated, supportive, and professionally rich environment.
We have intentionally blended mentor coaching and continuing education into one cohesive experience that allows coaches to complete both requirements with convenience, excellence, and community.
Because every ICF credential holder must complete 40 hours of CCE every credentialing cycle, including 3 hours of Ethics and 10 hours of Mentor Coaching if renewing ACC or advancing to PCC/MCC, OLC has created a streamlined solution that honors both the letter and the spirit of the ICF requirements.
TWO COHORTS EVERY YEAR — COMPLETE YOUR REQUIREMENTS WITH EASE
We offer:

One cohort during the first six months of each year

One cohort during the second six months of each year
This means coaches can earn up to 48 hours of CCE total per year, including 20 hours of mentor coaching, by participating in both cohorts.
Each cohort includes:

24 hours of continuing coach education (CCE)
-
10 hours of mentor coaching
-
3 hours of Ethics training (included inside the 24 hours)
​
This integrated approach allows coaches to accomplish two major credentialing requirements at once.
WHAT EACH OLC COHORT INCLUDES

You will experience:

Each cohort includes all 10 hours required by the ICF:

7 hours of group mentor coaching

3 hours of individual mentor coaching
​
Every participant receives the full complement of hours needed for ACC renewal or movement toward PCC/MCC.
OPTIONAL FLEXIBILITY: SWITCH ONE INDIVIDUAL MENTOR COACHING BLOCK TO SUPERVISION

OLC recognizes that many coaches desire exposure to both Mentor Coaching and Coaching Supervision, which are powerful—yet very different—disciplines.
Therefore, we offer a unique flexibility:
If you complete all 3 required hours of Individual Mentor Coaching in one cohort, you may opt to convert your individual hours in the next cohort into Coaching Supervision instead.
This allows you to:

Explore deeper internal awareness (supervision) and external behavioral feedback (mentor coaching)

Important Clarification
​
-
Coaching Supervision counts toward your 40 hours of CCE, and OLC supervision is ICF-accepted.
-
However, Coaching Supervision does NOT replace the ICF requirement for 3 hours of individual Mentor Coaching.
-
You must complete those 3 individual mentor coaching hours at least once per credentialing period.
-
After that requirement is met, all other individual hours may be substituted with supervision.
