In addition to the internal expertise of Organizational Leadership Coaching® (OLC), several members of our faculty and staff are independently certified with the John Maxwell Team. This means they have completed the internationally recognized Maxwell leadership development program and are qualified to teach, coach, and train using Maxwell’s official curriculum.

These offerings are made available upon request for organizations and leaders who prefer to develop their teams using the Maxwell leadership philosophy and growth frameworks.

All Maxwell-based trainings and services listed below are provided exclusively from the Maxwell Team certification track, separate from the OLC methodology.
