OLC MASTER COACH PODCAST & PRACTICUM
A Learning Community for Coaching Excellence
Organizational Leadership Coaching® is pleased to invite you to participate in the OLC Master Coach Podcast and Practicum, a monthly learning experience designed to deepen coaching mastery through collaborative exploration, live coaching observation, and reflective dialogue.
This gathering will take place on the third Saturday morning of every month and is designed with two central objectives:

1. Podcast Learning Session
A focused exploration of coaching methodologies, innovations, and professional practices designed to advance the growth and development of coaches connected to the OLC community and Institute.
2. Coaching Practicum
A live coaching environment where members of the community observe real coaching conversations and participate in reflective feedback to strengthen coaching competencies and professional growth.
Session Format
First Hour – Podcast Conversation
A discussion of a coaching topic or methodology relevant to the development of masterful coaching practice.
Following Three Hours – Coaching Practicum
• Two live coaching sessions
• Reflective feedback from participants
• Collaborative dialogue for learning and growth
Two coaches will be coordinated in advance for each gathering.
Participants are encouraged to come prepared with topics they would be willing to be coached on during the practicum sessions.

The OLC Strategic Team Coaching Model & Certification Process
This session introduces the OLC Strategic Team Coach Certification Program, scheduled to begin in July 2026.
The session will include:
• Overview of the OLC Strategic Team Coaching methodology
• Explanation of the certification pathway
• A live team coaching demonstration
May 2026
The OLC Flight Plan Coaching Model & Resource Manual
This podcast will unpack the widely used OLC Flight Plan Coaching Model, along with the release of a new 400-page coaching resource manual designed to support deeper application of the model and integration of the ICF PCC Markers.
June 2026
Building Your Coaching Business with AI Innovation
This session will explore how coaches can grow their practices by strategically integrating AI tools and technologies to support innovation, business development, and scalable growth.
