The Professional Coach is both a textbook and manual, equipping aspiring master-level coaches with the tools, theory, and practice required to move confidently into their final stage of preparation for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification processes.

 

At its heart, The Professional Coach Manual is a high-level, ICF-approved, 66-hour coach education text and course—specifically curated for those ready to develop masterful coaching skills, investigate advanced coaching philosophies, and understand systemic transformation in organizations. In addition to its focus on mastery, this course uniquely integrates the full Legacy Leadership® Institute (LLI) 36-hour curriculum, also approved by the ICF, enabling students to merge the five best practices of legacy leadership with personal and professional coaching applications.

Additional Integration

 

While not all elements of the course are included directly in this manual, your training experience will be rounded out by 10 Coaching Integration Calls scheduled after the formal coursework. These calls are structured to bring applied coaching experience and direct feedback into the learning journey. In addition, students will receive access to the Legacy Leadership® Institute (LLI) modules and methodologies, designed to prepare coaches for the journey of building a sustainable coaching impact across generations of leadership.
