OLC Mentor Coaching 

 

Options for Coaches-in-Training

​

Organizational Leadership Coaching Company provides a discounted price for Coaches needing mentor-coaching as they work on their ACC credential.  Several options are listed below to make it easy to find the right program at an affordable price.

 

Option 1: Mentor coaching, One session at a time – $350

(No time limit to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching)

 

Personalized mentor coaching that fulfills all ICF mentoring requirements, Guaranteed Certified Mentor Coach feedback with individualized guidance every step of the way!

 

  1. Each occurrence includes up to 30 minutes of observed coaching plus 30-60 minutes of very specific feedback and coaching for you ABOUT your coaching.

  2. A letter will be provided attesting to your competence at ACC or PCC level, assuming you coach at that level and we have observed a minimum of three coaching sessions with you.

  3. Fee: $350/occurrence, with payment in advance of each session.

 

 

Option 2: ICF Preparation Package, Individual Mentor Coaching – $3000 ($500.00 Savings)

 

(With commitment to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching within 6 months.  Option 1 pricing will apply after 6 months.)

Per ICF guidelines, a qualified mentor coach must coach ACC Portfolio applicants for a minimum of 10 hours over a minimum of 3 months.

Organizational Leadership Coaching provides:

 

  1. Ten (10) sessions of Mentor coaching. Two 60-minute sessions per month for 5 months (other schedules are negotiable). Each session consists of up to 30 minutes of observed coaching plus 30 minutes of very specific feedback and coaching for you ABOUT your coaching. 

  2. A letter will be provided attesting to your competence at ACC or PCC level, assuming you coach at that level and I have observed a minimum of three coaching sessions with you.

 

 

Option 3: ICF Preparation Package, Group Mentor Coaching – $1200 per person

(With commitment to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching within 6 months.  Option 1 pricing will apply after 6 months.)

 

Per ICF guidelines, your ten hours of prep time can include seven hours of group Mentor coaching and three individual hours. If you would like to share the cost and the experience of sharpening your coaching skills, you may bring together a group of at least four and no more than eight coaches and contract as a group.

 

Organizational Leadership Coaching provides:

 

  1. Ten (10) sessions of Mentor coaching, of which 3 will be one-on-one coaching with the mentor. Group coaching will count for a maximum of 7 hours toward the mentoring requirement.

  2. Sessions are usually conducted over 6 months.

  3. Groups must have at least 4 participants, and no more than 8.

  4. Group sessions are usually 90 minutes and will include two coaching opportunities with feedback. In a group coaching session, everyone benefits from both the feedback AND the experience of observing thru the lens of an ICF credentialed coach.

  5. Individual session consists of up to 30 minutes of observed coaching plus 30 minutes of very specific feedback and coaching for you ABOUT your coaching

  6. Four of the group sessions will include a brief review of four “major coaching skills,” including tips on how to master each one. Practice coaching will focus on all ICF Core Competencies with feedback from the group. 

  7. A letter will be provided attesting to your competence at ACC or PCC level, assuming you coach at that level and I have observed a minimum of three coaching sessions with you.
