The Mount Retreat Villas

The Paseo Del Mar is a 5 Bed Room Villa with  a private property security wall.  One of the rooms (The Study) is in a separate building with a kitchenette and full bath. The villa has its own golf cart and a garage to park a car securely if needed.

The Villa Loft is the only room upstairs and has its own private entrance.  Outside the sliding glass doors is a terrace that surrounds the villa/room with a panoramic view (180 degree) of the ocean front. This is the room to wake up in to take in the ocean. 

The Paseo Del Mar Villa sits  on the ocean front in the community of Costambar .Dominican Republic.  It is in a gated community with a mile Long Beach within a 5 minute walk. Costambar is a suberb of  Puerto Plata.

Although the beach is 5 minutes away the pool is available 24/7 to the occupants of The Villa Paseo. 8 feet deep and in the front yard it is a great spot to sunbathe or relax. 

The Study is the place for leaders to relax and reflect.  This unit is self contained with air, refrigerator, full bath and stove with sink/counter top. The window overlooks the pool and ocean.

Attached to The Villa Paseo Del Mar is The Place. Featuring three suites with three bed rooms each it offers capacity for 22 guest.  Combined the properties can accommodate up to 30 guest.
